2. Fill out your personal info. For the affiliation tab, select “Dade Partner”.

3. Select “Miami Beach Senior High School”

4. Select “Student Tutoring Peer-to-Peer”

5. Select “none” and type Mentoring America

6. Sign and submit

7. Submit a screenshot of your approved background check to the background check google survey (should take 2-5 days for them to approve it)

Note: Please select level 1 volunteer, not level 2.
